Citewise is an AI-powered academic science communication tool. It helps academic researchers, PhD students, and scientists convert research papers (via DOI or PDF) into formatted social media content to improve research visibility.

  • Paper input via DOI lookup or PDF upload
  • Social-ready post generation in structured formats
  • Account, billing, and subscription management
  • Use of public scholarly metadata sources where available

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access or misuse

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and One-Time Purchases

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
